* I acknowledge that any horse currently or possibly racing in claiming events will need a signed claiming authorization by the owner(s) on file with the Clerk of the Course prior to entering at Harrah's Philadelphia. If a claiming authorization is not on file, a horse will not have preference to race.
* I acknowledge that stable employees are required to be covered by workmen's compensation insurance while in my employ and racing at Harrah's Philadelphia. The proper paperwork must be filed with the Pa. Harness Racing Commission.
* I acknowledge that if a trainer has been found to have used erythropoietin (EPO) or any Class I drug as defined by the Association of Racing Commissioners International, Inc. while racing at Harrah's Philadelphia will receive a lifetime ban from racing at Harrah's Philadelphia following the full procedures of adjudication.
* I acknowledge that if suspended for a medication violation, horses listed in my stable may not be transferred to my spouse, member of the immediate family, assistant or employee in the stable or household member.
* I acknowledge that a second positive test during the same meet may automatically prohibit a trainer from entering horses at Harrah's Philadelphia during the remainder of the current meet.
