• A valid marriage license from Clark County is required.
• The marriage license can be purchased for $55 cash or with a traveler's check from a U.S. bank.
• There is no waiting period or blood test required.
• Applicants must be 18 years or older,  photo ID may be required.
• Notarized parental consent or presence is required for 16 or 17 year olds.
• A court order is required for those under the age of 16.
• If either party is divorced, the exact date and the county where the divorce became final is all that is required.
