Follow your nose to this aromatic bakery that produces baguettes (and other baked goods) for each restaurant at Paris Las Vegas. Freshly made sandwiches, soups and salads are served alongside an array of straight-from-the-oven pastries and baked goods.
Our pastries and baked goods are perfection! JJ's Boulangerie is an excellent place for a light breakfast or croissant and a fresh cup of coffee.
FEATURED RECIPE
4 loaves of 6" Country Style French Bread
1 pound Albacore tuna
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1 red onion, sliced
1/2 cup Nicoise olives
8 leaves fresh basil
1 beef steak tomato
2 heads butter lettuce
4 hard boiled eggs, sliced
For Vinaigrette
2 oz. red wine vinegar
1 oz. dijon mustard
1 teaspoon garlic, chopped
1 teaspoon shallots, chopped
7 oz. olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
Sandwich
Slice bread in half and soak each side with vinaigrette. Then build sandwich by layering lettuce, sliced peppers, sliced onion, sliced tomatoes, 2 basil leaves, sliced egg, olives, and then tuna. Then season again with a little more salt and pepper and place top piece of bread on sandwich. Cut in half and serve.
Vinaigrette
Combine the first 4 ingredients and then whisk in oil. Chill before using.
